The Uncapped Premium product range is a popular range due to its 50% speed increase and unlimited data between 12PM and 6AM. Data count is switch off during this midnight period and will not be counted to your monthly cap. The product reset function has been replaced with the 50% Speed increase. You can watch your own data usage in your client portal to avoid FUP policy to come to effect. FUP Policy will be reset at the last day of the month at 12PM.

ACCEPTABLE USE FAIR USAGE POLICY

When client reaches his initial x Gig soft cap AUFUP, line speed drops to a % of original speed. The client is now in FUP throttling is done in 1 stage. The Products stays in FUP until the next billing cycle, or Client can buy a "FUP Reset Token" to restore original speed. All tickets available in Customer Portal. All Pricing includes VAT.The product price does not include installation fees or last mile instrumentation.Important Note: The Acceptable Use and Fair Usage Policy (“AUFUP”) of Wistec Data and Tellecoms Pty Ltd (“Wistec”), will be subject to change, with or without notice. What does unshaped Internet mean?

UNSHAPED vs BALANCED

With a Shaped internet connection, priority is given to services like email, internet browsing, FTP, etc. Other internet protocols like file sharing and online gaming receive a lower priority, and will run slower at times when the network is busy. Unshaped internet access treats all protocols the same. Thus we do not Shape any traffic. What we will do is a bit different. We use FQ-Codel to balance internet streams to the client, ensuring a faster and more reliable internet experience with very low latency. FQ-Codel only works with no contended lines. all Wistec lines are non contended.
