WEEKENDER OPTIONS

  • The weekender products comes with a 5GB non overflow data cap. These products is as fast as lightning, and as inexpensive as air.
  • You will need to buy top-up vouchers in your client portal if you want more than the 5GB free monthly data. This is how it works:
  • All topups can be done and paid for in the client area portal. All pricing includes VAT.
  • In your client portal, go to Services/ Topups and choose what you need.
  • Topup will be loaded within 5 Minutes after paying thru your client portal. We use Sage payment gateway.
  • You can find your invoice under Finance/ Invoices. Click on the credit card icon and follow the steps.
  • If for some reason your topup does not load, call support immediately on 084 790 5122.
  • EFT payments will have to wait till next business day after proof of payment was sent, to activate your topup.
  • All topups is valid for 3 months.
